We are happy to announce that Allan Tait has joined up with the Ivans as the new bass guitar player. You can meet him at future shows or hear him on our upcoming EP.
The Ivans begin work on a new album tomorrow, as Trevor Pockrus goes into Nomad Recording Studios to record drums. We're very excited, and you can expect to see the fruits of this project early next year.
We have just added a new video of the song Geek to Youtube. The link is available here. Concert footage is from last month's show on the roof of The Bone in Deep Ellum. Enjoy!
The Crazy Ivans were mentioned positively in the music guide section of today's Dallas Morning News.
"Take a thick spoonful of hard rock. Then sprinkle a few pinches of power pop. Top it off with just a smidgen of punk attitude. And don’t forget the heaping helping of a no-nonsense female lead vocalist. There you have the recipe for the Crazy Ivans."
